You can enable subscriber visibility for your channel in the Advanced Settings of your YouTube account.
If that does not resolve the problem, it is likely that you have entered the wrong YouTube Channel URL or ID.
To retrieve Channel ID, you can visit the Settings > YouTube section on YTMonster and link your YouTube account. Once your YouTube account is linked your channel ID will be shown.
